PROKON cultivates Jatropha under an agreement with contract farmers, to process Jatropha seeds in an own oil processing plant and to trade Jatropha oil in Tanzania and abroad.

PBK (PROKON Biogene Kraftstoffe GmbH) retrofits commercial vehicles and high-capacity Diesel engines to run on Pure Plant Oil. The oil is produced in an own oil processing plant. Since its foundation in 2002, PBK has retrofitted more than 2,000 vehicles. With its extensive experience and technical know-how, PBK has established itself as one of the leading companies in the field of retrofitting technology.
Furthermore, PBK is dealing with sales and distribution of Pure Plant Oil (PPO) throughout Germany and neighbouring countries. PBK runs a filling station network which is close to main transit routes and to the border to other countries. The unmanned filling stations are open 24 hours and 7 days a week. The payment is performed using the cash-free PROKON Oil Card which is provided on demand and free of charge to the customers.
PBK also offers its German customers a germanwide and free delivery to their own filling stations with the PROKON road tanker fleet.
